Shipping & Returns
We are taking a summer break from shipping pierogies. We will resume regular shipping October 2018. You can still visit our stores, or one of the many farmers markets we attend, to pick up your favorite pierogies!
Orders are packaged in an insulated shipping container with reusable gel packs, dry ice or a combination of both to ensure top quality and freshness. . Please unpack your order immediately after arriving and store in a freezer or refrigerator.
Our regular shipping days (excluding holiday exceptions) are Monday and Tuesday. If your order will be delayed due to shipping you will be notified. Once shipped, you will be sent a Fedex tracking number
There is a $50.00 minimum for any orders being shipped.

Q. What makes up the FedEx shipping costs?
A. Our shipping costs come directly from FedEx, pierogimarket.com applies a $25.00 handeling fee on all shipped orders to cover the cost of a reusable shipping container and dry ice.
Q. How can I find out what my shipping cost are?
A. During the checkout process you will be shown the actual shipping costs calculated based on where the package is going and the amount of products you have in the cart.
Q. How long does it take for me to receive my order?
A. Depending on the availability of the products, your order may take up to 1-4 days to arrive.
NO RETURNS will be accepted. Pierogimarket.com can not be responsible or issue refunds for spoiled products due to shipping delays caused by inclement weather, floods, hurricanes, snow storms, or other acts of nature. Any returned packages that are marked undeliverable, not picked up by customer from our shipper and are returned to us will be discarded and no refund will be issued.
Finally, we ask all customers to please be on the lookout for products being left by the carrier on your property. All products must be stored immediately in a freezer or refrigerator upon arrival. If you are purchasing this as a gift for anyone please let them know to be on a lookout for perishable delivery.
